To mark its recent change in corporate image, La Costa Golf & Beach Resort has renamed its main restaurant, which forms part of the Cuina de l’Empordanet gastronomic collective. The new name aims to project Aquamare as a restaurant in its own right along with its gourmet cuisine, based on traditional Mediterranean cooking with locally-sourced ingredients.
The live show-cooking sessions performed on Aquamare’s terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, are the ideal way to bring together all the team members at the end of a convention or, of course, to get a taste of summer before the holidays start.
Small celebrations and company breakfast meetings are catered for by Green’s, with its poolside terrace which also houses Mojito’s Bar, open from midday to the evening for light snacks and all sorts of cocktails. La Costa Golf & Beach Resort rounds off its range of summer eating options with the Havana Beach Club, located on Pals beach.
And if you want to try a traditional Pals rice casserole then the place to go in the complex is the Golf de Pals Restaurant, which can be hired for private events in the evening.
