At the end of last year, Starware, the Dutch company specialised in the development of supply chain systems, celebrated its 30th anniversary at the Costa Brava. This was not a random decision by any means; the destination is closely tied to the company’s beginnings, when its founders, who were 18-year-old youths at the time, spent their summers teleworking from the beaches of the Costa Brava.

Thirty years later, they wanted to return to visit the places that had left the deepest marks on them. During the tour, they stopped over at Peralada Resort, which prepared a complete programme to give them maximum enjoyment from the experience.

Staying at Hotel Peralada 5*, they visited the Nova Bodega Perelada, a mandatory port of call for all wine enthusiasts. After tasting some of the wines, they had dinner at the Michelin-star Castell Peralada Restaurant. The proposal consisted of a tasting menu prepared by the chef Javi Martínez, with perfect pairing by the maître and sommelier Toni Gerez, fresh from receiving the Michelin Service Award.
