Salting Anchovies on the Costa Brava

The fish-salting tradition on the Costa Brava dates back to ancient times and is still very much a local practice today. Several villages up and down the coast continue to salt and preserve fish just as their ancestors did. And if there is one fish that is famous for its tradition and method of conservation it must be the Mediterranean anchovy. We offer a unique, local experience, bursting with the flavour of the sea.
