The world of ratafia

You will set out into the countryside with Evarist March, an expert culinary and botanical guide, who will teach you about the local herbs and plants used to make the traditional Catalan liqueur, ratafia. You will then be given the chance to taste different ratafia liqueurs, together with members of the Confraria de la Ratafia (an association that promotes the drink). To finish off, you will take part in a cooking workshop with local chefs who specialise in recipes based on ratafia. The participants will taste the dishes cooked during the workshop.
