Hotel Camiral & PGA Catalunya Resort have opened a new Wellness Centre, a natural and tranquil space where you can enjoy physical and emotional wellness experiences through movement, nutrition, recuperation and relaxation.

The therapies administered combine the most natural treatments with high-technology equipment to offer flexible programmes adaptable to a wellness day or longer stays.

The facility was designed by Lagula Arquitectes and is inspired by Japanese principles of unaltered natural beauty, solitude and simplicity. The building, perfectly integrated into the landscape and gardens that surround it, has been constructed using locally-sourced materials. All the rooms have exterior views to permit continuous contact with the nature surrounding the facility.
