At the end of September, we celebrated the Costa Brava Weekend with eighteen luxury travel planners and representatives from Spanish event planning agencies and eighteen representatives from Girona-based companies in the business tourism sector.

The event took place at La Farinera de Sant Lluís, a fully restored Catalan art nouveau industrial building on a private 130-hectare estate very close to Cap de Creus.

After a presentation on the destination, the attendees took part in a workshop during which almost three hundred meetings were held and various business requests were generated. After the meetings, the networking continued during a cocktail party to mark the end of the day.

During the following two days, the participants had the opportunity to discover various places, unique spaces and hotel and restaurant establishments and enjoy some wellness activities.

The action was organised jointly by the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board’s Premium and Wellness Marketing Clubs.
