Down by the beach, the Santa Mar Restaurant serves Mediterranean seaside favourites every lunchtime, starring rice dishes and fish stews, as well as its chargrilled barbecue options.
The fruit and vegetables served at the three restaurants are grown in the hotel’s vegetable garden, which hotel guests can visit with the specialists.
