Day 1 Start the trip with a tandem skydive (with an instructor) over the Bay of Roses with Skydive Empuriabrava, a unique way to jump out of bed and kick start the day.

Half an hour after your feet touch the ground you will be in Sa Perafita, a fourteenth-century farmhouse nestled among the vineyards in the hard of Cap de Creus, just 10 minutes from Cadaqués. Before lunch you will have the chance to learn traditional wine-making techniques at Martí Faixó, a DO Empordà winery.

Get ready for a date with history at the Monestir de Sant Pere de Rodes, in the afternoon, followed by a trip to Cantallops and your destination for the night, the charming Hotel Can Xiquet & Events Centre perfect for business meetings and with spectacular views of the surrounding Empordà scenery.

Day 2 Day 2 starts off with a short trip to Figueres, where you’ll visit the Dalí Theatre-Museum, followed by a lunch at restaurant Molí de l’Escala, based on locally sourced seasonal products with an innovative and creative twist. The day’s adventure ends with an afternoon trip to see the spectacular ruins at the Greco-Roman city of Empúries.

Cap off the day at the quiet and exceptionally located Hotel Alga a mere 200 meters from the beach of Calella, where the group can enjoy some of the region’s mouth-watering products from both the land and sea.

Day 3 Walking from Palafrugell to Llafranc along the old coastal footpath with the team from Aventura Girona is the perfect way to discover the charms of the coast from a unique perspective.
