Witness the legacy left by the Indianos in Lloret de Mar as part of a programme full of contrasts that will give you a snapshot of the diversity and quality of the area’s range of accommodation and unique venues.

Day 1 in the afternoon

Lloret de Mar will welcome you aboard a small boat to sail to the emblematic Santa Cristina beach.   Overlooking the beach you’ll find Hotel Santa Marta, the spectacular meeting place for corporate groups to hold their events and meetings. You won’t lose sight of the sea during the visit to the classical terraces of the Santa Clotilde Gardens, ending up with a highly entertaining Daiquiri workshop in honour of Costantí Ribalaigua, an illustrious Indiano born in Lloret who invented this cocktail and made it world-famous. Still in Lloret de Mar, the Gran Hotel Monterrey, surrounded by parks and gardens, will be the meeting point for dinner at the Freu Restaurant, located inside the hotel. You’ll be served a welcome cocktail and a gourmet meal inspired by Indiano cuisine. Nearby, at the Gran Casino Costa Brava, you’ll be given a masterclass to improve your gambling skills.

Day 2

The wide range of venues available in Lloret de Mar1 caters for meetings of all types, whether small departmental conventions, sectoral business congresses or commercial events. Together with the large number of hotel rooms, this makes it easy to plan events with minimal displacements and maximum comfort.

Municipal Theatre: Well situated, with state-of-the-art design, the theatre has a capacity for 370 people and three training rooms. Evenia Olympic Palace: A 793-room hotel with its own conference centre suitable for events for up to 2,500 people.

For the second day’s group activity after the meetings we’ve chosen a volunteer action in collaboration with a charity organisation. The Fundació Mona was set up to provide rehabilitation in the wild for primates that have been treated as pets or exhibited at shows, all too often in bad conditions. Lunch has been arranged at the Hotel Camiral in PGA Catalunya, an exceptional building set between the historic PGA Golf Catalunya’s two golf courses. After lunch you’ll be transferred to Girona, to check into the DoubleTree by Hilton Girona, where the closing dinner will take place. The next day, before leaving for home, you’ll have the chance to go on a guided tour of the city.
