Mediterranean cuisine workshop

The Mediterranean cuisine workshop will be carried out in two teams (if there are 30 people in the group, they will be split into two). Each team will then choose a head chef. The head chef will then divide their team into three stations to cook a three-course meal: one station for starters, one for mains and one for desserts. Everything will be cooked using fishing products from the port of Palamós and the surrounding area.
The recipes will be given to the head chef, who will allocate them to each station and will be in charge of organising everything. When the dishes are ready, they will be plated and served. Each team will try the dishes prepared by the opposing team, so they will be motivated to cook as well as possible. The final decision on the winning team will be made by chefs from the Espai del Peix.
