Following on from the macrobiotic cooking classes and lectures at the Cuisine et Santé school in France, Europe’s leading macrobiotic centre, chef, trainer and consultant Matthias Hespe is opening a new cycle of activities at Espai Cuinar Sa in Girona, which will run until the beginning of December.
The programme includes workshops in a fun ‘live-cooking’ format, which offer very useful information about healthy foods and culinary techniques.
The workshops focus on discovering new ingredients, new recipes and cooking techniques adapted for each season of the year. In order to get ready for winter we need to change what we do in the kitchen!
The healthy cooking ideas created during the workshop can be applied at home, following the recipes the participants receive at the end of the activity.
