The gastronomic options at Park Hotel San Jorge in Calonge have reopened to the public with a new image and a creative menu that brings new flavours and combinations to its traditional, locally-sourced cuisine.
In the new space Brava Tapas Bar, both the general public and the hotel’s guests can enjoy an elaborate and creative menu, with a selection of tapas made using fresh seafood. La Mar restaurant takes a step further with a menu that is updated every month and a set menu based on seasonal produce and fresh fish. During the summer months, La Mar restaurant moves outside to the recently renovated terrace to savour the gastronomic experience in the magnificent natural setting of the Costa Brava.
The hotel’s restaurants have been renovated in consultation with Grup Iglesias.
The water activities and spa are also open to the general public, who can enjoy the wellness space designed by creator Monica Traviesa, which blends art and nature in a relaxation zone with personalised treatments.
The hotel, part of the Catalan Escampa Hotels Group, has updated its corporate image, as seen on the new Park Hotel San Jorge website.
